Become the main point of contact for the organisation for all office needs. The Education organisation is looking for someone who has experience working within a fast paced environment and is available to start immediately. Hours are 9:30am - 4:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Responsibilities: - All Reception duties, including monitoring reception email, answering incoming calls and responding to internal enquires. - Ensure office is kept clean and tidy at all times- Handle all meeting room bookings and staff travel requirements - Manage calendar appointments for the CEO and Executive team - Provide Administrative support to the Board members as required- Sit in on meetings and provide minutes Requirements:- 2-3 years minimum experience in Administration/Reception Roles- Available to start Immediately (Max 1 week notice)
