Sarina Russo Apprenticeships has a Client in Berwick specialising in Executive CV Writing company in a home-based office who is currently looking for a self-motivated, well organised Business Administration Trainee with a high level of initiative to join their busy team. As a Business Administration Trainee your duties will include but not limited to: managing inbound and outbound phone calls, providing friendly and professional customer service, provision of administration support to staff and management, preparation and formatting of documents such as resumes and cover letters (full training provided), mail management, use of MS Word, MS Outlook and Adobe Acrobat, processing financial transactions, project/task management and email management. You will work towards completing a nationally recognised qualification - Certificate IV Business Administration. To be considered for this full-time position you will need to speak English as a first language with a full Victorian Driver’s Licence, completion of Year 12 minimum, excellent written and verbal communication skills, intermediate keyboard/computer skills, Customer Service experience essential, the ability to write and edit documentation with excellent spelling and grammar, full training provided, confident using Microsoft Word with fast and accurate keyboard. Must want a long-term career in office administration with a desire to write and edit documents using MS Word.
