The Faculty of ScienceThe Faculty of Science is one of the largest and most diverse Faculties within The University of Queensland and within Science Faculties across Australia. The Faculty of Science incorporates six schools and four research centres. The units within the Faculty are internationally recognised and their teaching and research successes create a stimulating environment within which the Faculty staff work.The Faculty is managed by the Executive Dean, who has direct responsibility for the physical, financial and human resources, academic matters relating to programs and students, and a range of other areas such as the development of research, national and international marketing, and enhanced government, business and community links.To learn more about the Faculty of Science, please visit https://science.uq.edu.au.About This OpportunityThe Administration Officer will play an integral role in supporting the RTO’s student services team and manager to execute day to day activities and provide exceptional customer services to our students and stakeholders.This position will require travel between both our Gatton and St Lucia campus - preferred base location can be confirmed on appointment. The University of Queensland's picturesque St Lucia campus.Our Ideal CandidateTo be competitive for this role you will have completed a diploma qualification with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/ training.Experience providing support in student and administrative services including using a range of systems specific to an education provider including assisting and liaising with our trainers to ensure seamless delivery to our students.
