Job Description

High-level support for key digital transformation projectInitial contract for 6 months +2x 6 month extensionsAustralian Citizenship essential - Baseline clearance ideal! Our Client Our client is an Australian Government organisation which undertakes a range of research, education and scientific functions for the purpose of creating social, economic and environmental benefits that not only contribute to the achievement of national interests and objectives, but also better our world. The Role The Program Administration Support Officer will be primarily responsible for providing a broad range of program, project, secretarial and administrative services to support effective and efficient operations of the Enterprise Support Services Digitisation Program. The key responsibilities of this role include:Provide Program and Administrative services to the Executive Manager and team in support of the program and the multiple complex projects running within the program.Arrange & provide administrative tasks for the efficient operation of meetings, such as coordinating, scheduling, producing and circulating agendas, taking minutes, sharing minutes in a timely manner, notifying participants of any action items allocated to them, following up on action item progress, etcEnsure reports & information are made available when requestedScreen sharing & presenting during committee meetingsHandle correspondence and answering &responding to messagesMaintain diaries and arranging appointments.Arrange, prepare and collate reports.
