Our client is looking to enhance a number of their software products which also includes a CRM, and as such, an opportunity for an end-to-end Business Analyst has presented itself.The RoleReporting directly into the Project Manager, the role will require you to work with multiple stakeholders, SME's, front line staff, accountants, the project team and the vendor to elicit requirements and develop solutions for multiple software products, which will ultimately improve patience services, management and reporting. Specifically, you will; Work with the business and vendor to map business processes and document requirements. Maintain the vendors alignment of the software solutions to the business requirements. Lead workshops to align requirements, priorities business needs and demonstrate solutions. Define data and reporting requirements for Power BI. Write user acceptance criteria and perform quality assurance tasks according to technical specifications. Manage both internal and external stakeholders' expectations from both technical and non-technical backgrounds. Build rapport with end-user and provide training. Your ProfileYou will be a Senior Business Analyst with experience in multiple software development projects and you will be able to manage the testing effort in collaboration with the vendor. You will be someone with immaculate communications skills who can build rapport quickly, you're highly analytical, you can lead workshop discussions with senior stakeholders and you're comfortable working independently in an immature PMO. Your experience and skills should include the following; 5+ x years' experience in the end-to-end software development projects as a Business Analyst. Business Analysis experience with CRM solutions or similar. Experience in running workshops, process mapping, requirements gathering and producing documentation. Be able to administer quality assurance against technical requirements. Be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Ability to deal with ambiguity and show initiative to find solutions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
