Job Description

Quality Engineer - Payments Your new role awaits Seeking motivated Quality Engineer to provide test automation capability for SWIFT solution within the NAB Payments team; one of the pillars of NAB’s product functions, and an area of significant strategic focus. As part of an exciting team of technical experts, you will be ensuring that best testing practices are followed in delivering change into production. You are expected to utilise agile methodologies to find a balance between speed to market and high-quality outputs whilst keeping in touch with cutting edge technologies to drive a first-class solution for our customers. Your Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of quality engineering and testing practices (creation of test cases, impact assessment, workload model, scripting and data preparation, test execution, etc)Innovate with new and existing tools, processes, practices and industrialize them into a regular delivery cycle agnostic of delivery methodology. Experience in automation framework/tools like Serenity BDD framework and SeleniumExperience in developing test automation scripts to validate acceptance criteria contained in the user storiesExperience in system testing, integration testing, and performance testing as requiredSkills in one or more of the languages such as Python, PowerShell, JavaMinimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality EngineeringAnalytical thinker with positive and helpful attitude Your new team We know that life’s about more than money.
