As part of our Safety Health and Wellbeing team you willassist Greater Bank to comply with Workplace Health and Safetylegislation, Workers Compensation legislation, Codes of Practice,Regulations and Standards. You will have the opportunity to liaisewith internal and external stakeholders to ensure a safeenvironment for everyone onsite. The Safety Health and WellbeingOfficer assists with incident and hazard management; WHS riskmanagement; auditing, inspections and investigations. Additionallyyou will:- Support the division to manage day to day workflow Perform administrative duties in accordance with company policies and procedures Accurately create and prepare reports and correspondence while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality Deliver multiple adhoc tasks and small projects aligning with Greater Banks’s policies and procedures Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ad hoc tasks as requested by the line manager and business unit Whatwe’re looking for A collaborative,delivery focused team player with strong administrate skills alongwith the following experience: Experience and ability to manage workloads in a busy environment and meet agreed timeframes; High attention to detail with the ability to work within a team based environment; Competent MS Office skills including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook; Certificate IV or equivalent in a relevant field such as WHS and RTW Coordinator certificate (highly regarded) Knowledge or awareness of WHS legislative environment (highly regarded) What’s in it foryou Greater Bankisn’t like the big banks.
