You will be expected to develop, engage and retain talented people, and foster an environment where people can realise their full potential.About the division:The AMPA First Line Risk, Control and Customer Resolution vision is to make risk meaningful via a practical, embedded and evidenced 3 Lines of Defence for risk management and to delight our customers via a consistent and effective way of handling complaints at any level and channel.There are 9 teams within the First Line Risk team, including: Advice 1LOD Risk & ControlSuperannuation 1LOD Risk & ControlReporting & GovernanceIncidents, Issues & BreachesTechnology & OperationsComplianceComplaints Resolution HUB (IDR)External Dispute Resolution (EDR)Controls Assurance The Incidents, Issues and Breaches team supports the business in the appropriate monitoring and resolution of incidents, issues and breaches and collaborates closely with Line 2 teams and Group functions in ensuring the IIB framework, policies and procedures are operationalised effectively and efficiently.Key Responsibilities • Manage investigations, remediation and escalations of incidents, issues and breaches as they relate to the AMP Advice.• Support the timely management and escalation of incidents and potential breaches in accordance with Governance frameworks.• Provide support and oversight to the business in relation to the incident and breach management functions, including regulatory breach reporting.Role metrics include but are not limited to:• Incidents, issues and remediation tasks not overdue or outside of risk appetite.• Facilitating timely and accurate breach reporting.• Timely and accurate management and committee reporting.Capabilities & ExperienceIn addition to the above capabilities, the successful candidate should also be able to demonstrate the following:• Degree in Law, Business, Commerce, Finance or equivalent, ideally with a post-graduate qualification.• 5-10 years of experience in the operational and compliance risk management space (including incident, issue and breach management).• Understanding of the financial services industry, ideally within Advice, relevant regulators (e.g. ASIC and APRA), and current and proposed financial services regulatory and legislative requirements.Wellbeing & Benefits As a company that values wellbeing, we offer a range of great benefits to support you financially, professionally and personally.
