Hasbro Pacific has an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join our team within a key growth channel of eCommerce & Fan!

In this role, the Account Executive will support the execution of plans to deliver net revenue, share & profitability targets.

This is a 12 month, fixed-term contract opportunity. 

In this role, you will:

  • Work with account managers to support the Pacific Ecomm & FAN channel strategy to deliver against 3 year growth objectives and 1 year financial & share goals
  • Complete reporting and analysis of sales, inventory and promotional data from multiple data points including NPD and other customer POS data sources
  • Support exceptional forecast accuracy to drive outstanding customer service levels in the FAN channel
  • Assist with the maintenance of outstanding relationships with key customers to be viewed as ‘best in class’ business partner
  • Collaborate with marketing, shopper insights, field merchandising, demand planning and finance to ensure full alignment of execution of key brand strategies to deliver sustainable growth within customer
  • You will bring to the role:

  • 3+ years’ commercial sales/ sales support experience. Mass retailer & ecomm / digital background is preferable
  • Good analytical excel skills with ability to create and manage data and build reports from multiple data sources 
  • A real interest in using data to improve business decisions with a strong analytical skills set
  • Adaptability to make decisions & take action with a focus on future goas
  • A collaborative and flexible approach, within a fast moving environment
  • Positive and inquisitive attitude – looks for opportunities to grow, improve, simplify
  • Passion for online retail & the toy and entertainment business
