Through our values based culture we foster and engage a high performing organisation.About the positionWe are currently offering an exciting, ongoing opportunity for 2x enthusiastic individuals to join us as Onsite Sales Specialists in the Power Tools division. The roles will be home-office based within the Sydney region and will require interstate travel, with occasional international travel.Position responsibilities will include:Create and develop brand awareness to increase demand of Bosch products and solutions through presentations and relationship building with key end usersConvert end users to the Bosch brand with a targeted approach to grow profitable salesDemonstrate Bosch brand points of difference that will deliver long-term brand loyaltyEducate and convert training organisations and their attendees onto Bosch products and solutionsQualificationsWe are looking for proactive, self-driven and flexible individuals who can work towards KPI’s and deliver on all aspects of customer management. A proven background Sales or Account Management is required along with the natural ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.You should be able to demonstrate the following:Essential:Trade qualified background or a degree in Engineering, Construction, or similar field is highly regardedProven sales success experiencePossess strong Planning, Presentation and Sales & Negotiation skillsExcellent attention to detail, self-discipline & self-development mindsetSheer determination to succeed, great work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsProficient in MS Office & CRM ProgramsDomestic travel associated with visit plans and Interstate travel for training and internal eventsHold a valid and current Australian Driver’s licenseDesirable:Hardware or Trade experiencePrevious experience in a Building & Construction management roleWhite Card accreditationUnderstanding of Business Acumen, Conflict Management and Power Tools/ Trades knowledgeAdditional InformationWe recognise that our employees are our greatest asset.
