Key Must Haves: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders in a positive manner Empathy and ability to listen to the clients and understand the business criticality of your job for our client Key Responsibility: The Sales Support representative will primarily work with Account and Business Development Executives to achieve the company’s Sales/growth objectives, through determining new business opportunities with potential customers and identifying opportunities from existing clients based on current and new strategic plans. They will also prepare reports, maintain accurate and complete customer account information, and determine pricing quotes for customers. The Sales Support representative will respond to customer enquiries and address these in a professional and timely manner, manage change requests for customer accounts, ensure consistency, accuracy of customer account deliverables, meet customer satisfaction by providing high quality service, provide daily support of business operations to customers, identify business initiatives and improvements. The Inside Sales Representative will be expected to carry out adhoc duties/tasks as requested by the relevant manager, adopt a can-do attitude and strong work ethic. This position is based at Melbourne office and involves extensive client contact and requires professional presentation, communication, commercial acumen and customer service skills. Responsibilities include: Meet internal stakeholder satisfaction (on the job and biannual performance feedback) Meet external client satisfaction levels (via solicited and unsolicited feedback) Accuracy and timeliness. Client Support : Respond to and address client queries on a daily basis Assist with negotiating contract renewals and extensions as delegated Formulate strong and productive client relationships with key individuals In collaboration with BDE’s and Account Executives gather information on, qualify and understand clients’ business challenges Be accountable and provide a suitable level of support to clients Respond to clients escalations as instructed by the relevant Executive/Manager Act as the conduit between the Client and Company’s Engineering team to appease/manage client concerns Work with Accounts to ensure invoices are correct prior to end of month billing Assist with resolving outstanding debts and payment disputes with clients Sales Support: As instructed, identify new business opportunities through discovery phase (existing and new clients) Liaise with offshore and internal sales team representatives regarding prospective and existing clients Uphold Company’s values and act as a brand ambassador Assist BDE and Account Executives with proposal preparation Assist with digital marketing activities, research and report relevant data to management Contribute to ideas at team meetings that aid the organisation’s growth goals Attend industry events acting as ambassador of the business Internal Relationship Management : Attend relevant sales and/or management meetings and report on activities as required Effectively collaborate with other managers and staff on broader business matters Share knowledge and follow Company policies and procedures Assist with adhoc requirements as/when requested by your reporting Manager or MD Abide by the company’s core values – Pride, Honesty and Improvement when interacting with all internal and external contacts. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years in Account / Sales roles Minimum of 2 years’ experience in MSP environment Industry-wide knowledge in IT products and services.
