2 brand new part time roles in Taree and Forster Opportunity to grow in the Fitness Industry Competitive salary We are excitedly looking for two outcome driven Health and Fitness Team Leaders to join our team at Great Lakes Aquatic and Leisure Centre in Forster and Manning Aquatic Leisure Centre in Taree. This is a brand new role for both Centres which will give the successful candidate the opportunity to grow in this role! Both Centres are well established with a large membership base in the area. The successful candidates will be joining a very driven and successful team. The successful candidates will be able to work the below permanent part time hours: Great Lakes Aquatic and Leisure Centre in Forster (total 30 hours per week) Monday - Thursday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM Manning Aquatic Leisure Centre in Taree (total 25 hours) Monday: 9:00AM - 4:30PM Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00AM - 3:30PM In your new role you will be responsible for assisting in achieving KPI's in line with Business Plan objectives. You will be assisting the Assisant Manager in the leadership of staff and administration and management of services, programs, facilities and procedures. You will also be in charge of rostering both Group Fitness Instructors and Fitness Instructors to meet the needs of our fitness timetable. A key aspect of your role will be your ability to assist with the development, implementation and evaluation of all fitness programs. About you: You will be self-motivated and open to learning and developing; a team player and values driven. You will show professionalism and respect in your dealings with both staff and our clients. You will have proven leadership experience in or out of the Fitness industry.
