Job Description

Job Summary The position is responsible for undertaking the assessment and management of a portfolio of long terms claims in line with Policy Terms and Conditions. Job Accountabilities Carry out phone/tele assessments within service standards Assist with the implementation of process improvement initiatives which lead to effective and excellent service Achieve target service standards Improve overall Customer service experience Follow up any outstanding claim requirements and reports Process claim payments Review and assess any information received Participation in management of workflow Attendance at Internal Training programmes Adopt quality assurance initiatives to ensure all calls/work completed is compliant with legislation and adheres to claims Participate in projects to ensure all requirements are met Respond to queries from customers & colleagues Maintain records and documents pertaining to the tasks performed Adherence to claims guidelines and processes Timely processing of administrative tasks Proactively develop strong relationships with internal and external customers. Business Accountabilities Contribute and participate within the team to ensure that it provides excellent delivery of customer service as well as team objectives Share knowledge and information with colleagues. 100% compliance and accuracy Be vigilant in identifying and escalating incidents, breaches or losses.
