The Role You will be joining a vibrant and tight knit Client Liaison team where you will be responsible for for the relationship management and administration of loan applications. You will also be servicing the customers needs during the life time of the loan. Main responsibilities include: Processing complex consent matters E.g. partial discharges, security swaps, subdivisions, 2nd mortgage consent requestsTo communicate with allocated customers and intermediaries status updates and/or follow up of outstanding requirements, primarily by phoneManagement and reporting of allocated applications in the pipeline, including monitoring of times in status to ensure there is no unnecessary delays during fulfilment periodDevelop an understanding of work processes in the fulfilment processLiaising with the loan assessors on outstanding requirements and application progressInstructing the solicitors and then processing the request in our systems Your Experience As the successful Mortgage Client Services Officer you will posses the following: Minimum 1+ years experience in a role within the Banking Industry (mortgage experience essential)Loan Servicing Skills – mortgage/security process and requirements, understanding of application process in AustraliaInterpersonal Skills – a warm, friendly, mature and outgoing personality, with a strong customer service and team focused attitude, and a high level of ability to develop rapport with staffInitiative and Enterprise – initiate positive change, seek opportunity to improve work efficiency and effectiveness, and flexibly undertake new tasks This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is eager to develop themselves in a highly regarded organisations.
