Job Description

The Old Laundry in North Perth is looking for a full time Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. Salary range being offered is between $55,000 - $60,000.

As the Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the daily operation of the venue, with a real focus on service.

You will also be responsible for, ordering and stocktake of all restaurant goods, planning the menus in consultation with the Head Chef and Owner, planning and organising functions at the venue and the selection and training of wait staff, along with motivating the team to ensure the efficient running of the venue.

Essential skills and experience for this role:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant/venue manager;
  • Approved managers card;
  • Hygiene officer certificate;
  • Exceptional organisational, administration and time management;
  • Strong work ethic with a positive and proactive attitude.
