Role overviewAveo, Australia's leading retirement village owner/operator is looking for a full time Home Care Community Manager for our community at Aveo Freedom Aged Care Tamworth based in North Tamworth, NSW.About the role:Reporting to the Group Community Manager, you'll provide management support within the community to create a happy, welcoming, caring and safe environment for residents and staff. Working in an established community, you will lead from the front in creating a culture of customer service. This involves directly managing onsite services for the community, plus managing relationships with internal service providers such as catering, care, sales and marketing. In addition you will oversee care plans for residents at the community and ensure that services are rostered effectively for residents.You'll be responsible for the day to day operations of the retirement community at Aveo Freedom Aged Care Tamworth. This will include monitoring and reviewing compliance in relation to the Retirement Villages Act; Body Corporate and Community Management Act; all Aveo policies and procedures; and overall financial management of the retirement community. You'll also be central to the development and building of a positive culture in their areas of responsibility characterised by resident-focus, safety, quality, efficiency and positive performance. Most importantly, You'll be responsible for the delivery of exceptional outcomes and service for the Aveo Freedom Aged Care Tamworth residents.About the Community, Aveo Freedom Aged Care Tamworth:Located near shops, hospitals and the scenic Peel River.
