Nurse Manager - Mental Health Salary:  RN SRN 4 $131, 105 p.a. (inclusive of base and 9.% superannuation) Location: Mount Claremont/ Nedlands/Shenton Park Unit/Division: Mental Health Public Health and Dental Services Work Type:  Permanent - Full Time, Fixed Term - Full Time Position No: Pool Ref 00008575 Closing Date: 2021-04-12 4:00 PM (YYYY-MM-DD) Attachments: - - This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time or Fixed Term Full Time appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.We currently have multiple Permanent Full Time positions available.The following vacancies exist: 4 positions within the Graylands Mental Health (MH) Inpatient Unit in Mount Claremont.1 Position within the Sir Charles Gairdner MH Inpatient Unit in Nedlands.1 Position within the Frankland Centre, State Forensics Mental Health in Mount Claremont.1 Position within the Lower West (Selby Lodge) Older Adult Inpatient Unit in Shenton Park. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/06/2022. Position Profile: The Adult Inpatient and Mental Health Specialties Directorates are seeking to appoint multiple candidates that are seeking suitably experienced Nurse Managers to join their dynamic teams.As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading and managing Inpatient Services to deliver evidence based care for optimal patient outcomes within allocated resources. You will be accountable for improving and maintaining standards and delivering outcomes consistent with service and organisational priorities as well as ensuring the delivery of patient centred service against key performance indicators (KPIs), including quality, budget and human resources.
