You are performance-focused and will execute solutions across the Pitney Bowes product and services range to deliver budgeted revenue targets and enhance the client's experience with your relationship management skills.Through prioritization, work allocation, and escalations to meet the needs of internal stakeholders and PB clients by receipting, organizing, processing, and dispatching products and equipment.QualificationsYou will:Comply with all company policies, procedures - which may be amended from time to time.Operate within company Authority Levels.As an employee of the company, required to address, report, or escalate to senior management any information that indicates any employee/contractor/other (regardless of status/role) may be breaching company policies, procedures, or authority levels.Ensure accurate and timely receipting, picking/packing, and dispatch of stock to meet revenue recognition deadlines.Coordinate outbound and reverse logistics.Administrative and operational tasks related to import and export of inventory.Control and reconcile inward flow of stock while following trade compliance guidelinesDo an analysis of aging stock, co-coordinating stock disposals return optimization.Investigate and resolve non-conformances and inventory discrepancies.Do Maintenance of accurate Inventory master data.Undertake stock cleanse initiatives in conjunction with managing damaged, withdrawn and faulty product as it arises.Document the processes and procedures as per global trade compliance policy.Liaise with internal stakeholders eg, service, sales, order processing, inventory, and finance to ensure necessary warehousing functions are performed to optimum efficiency.Assist in the process of stock sourcing and swapping by liaising with other interstate stocking locations to manage inventory shortfalls.Administrate inventory write-off and other administrative duties as required.Assist in the management of the day-to-day inventory function, including monitoring, tracking shipments, and completion of cycle analysis as well as ongoing system monitoring.Prepare and issue stock, pick summary reports, including detailed review and analysis.Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse in accordance with PB practices, systems, and guidelines.Conduct all responsibilities with focus and high attention to detail.Comply with supervisor/manager directives to ensure compliance with health and safety, security, and financial requirements.Your Background:As a Logistics Coordinator, you have:High-Risk Forklift License, either already obtained or willing to undertake training Attention to detail, quick learning, excellent communication skills, and capability to work with little supervisionSome Pick pack experience, Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word. Understanding /Exposure of warehouse management ERP systems.
