Pinterest’s Small Business team connects small businesses with their customers and helps them grow. We’re looking for an experienced leader to oversee all aspects of our ANZ SMB sales team (XXM yearly business, 35+ sellers). The Sales Lead will drive operational consistency through our sales motion, building sales programs and processes that will impact thousands of small business customers across the ANZ market. Success in this position requires a strong ability to lead and inspire a team, sales, and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a highly dynamic team environment. The overarching objectives are to: increase average revenue per advertiser, increase advertiser retention, % of advertisers hitting their marketing goals, and product adoption.What you’ll do: Define the operational sales strategy for the expanding ANZ team. This includes developing/standardizing operational systems to allow sellers to operate at a high level productivity. This also includes standardizing the soft skills (upsell, optimizations) to ensure our 35+ ANZ Sellers offer world class customer service in a highly repeatable fashionLead a high-performing team of Partner Managers and Account Managers to deliver against quarterly revenue targets Execute and lead strategy across the ANZ book of business, while partnering closely with our ANZ Agency lead and US based sales operations teamAchieve revenue targets through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performanceClearly, communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders across time zonesMotivate, mentor and develop sales talent (managers and individual contributors), creating a positive culture of accountabilityWork cross-functionally and build cohesive partnerships with internal stakeholders including product, sales operations, and engineeringEstablish KPIs that allow live time measurement against key quarterly OKRS (objectives and key results)Manage relationship with Pinterest’s vendor partner What we’re looking for: 5+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising2+ years of sales leadership experience preferred A data-driven leader with the ability to lead large teams against aggressive goals Management experience with a demonstrated track record of leading and inspiring othersExperience in process management, operations management, understanding how to grow and scale businessesAbility to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions and translate to an action planComfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environmentExperience working with outsourced vendors is a plusFluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity software
