Reporting to the head of Service Delivery, this role wouldsuit someone who is happy to work alongside their team and lead by example. Thesuccessful candidate will be a problem solver and have strong communicationskills to ensure key relationships are maintained and tight deadlines are met.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Organises and controls the supply chainactivities with the objective of achieving cost benefits, delivery reliabilityand customer satisfaction.
  • SupplyChain services (flow of material, value, information) as well as optimising theprocesses and the use of resources.
  • Qualityand Safety is a key responsibility of all our employees and as a Team Leaderyou will ensure that this focus is upheld and work with the relevantstakeholders to support process improvements.
  • Youwill be a strong mentor, coach and leader of your team ensuring that theyachieve their potential in professional growth.
  • Establishand maintain key relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Youwill be passionate about Healthcare and work towards supporting the growth andcustomer satisfaction of our business.
  • Your qualifications and experience:

  • Atertiary qualification relevant to the role or significant experience inlogistics
  • Previouspeople leadership experience is highly regarded
  • Excellentorganisation skills with the ability to handle competing priorities
  • Accuracyand attention to detail
  • Provenability to take on projects and identify process improvements
  • Strongcomputer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Youmust be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
