Job DescriptionTSA are looking for passionate team members to support our service program with our insurance partner. An overview of the role;Competitive fortnightly pay + super Fixed-term role with view of extension or permanency 4 weeks of paid training will be provided on-site Amazing office space with modern lunch/breakout rooms (milk, tea, coffee & fruit includedVarious full-time positions available for immediate startPaid parking only $100 per month Burwood location, Melbourne What will you do?As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice representing our insurance partner resolving property damage claims which could be a result of flooding, fires or other natural disasters.This role offers you the ability to build strong connections with your customers ensuring they are provided with the highest level of customer experience. To support your competency in this role, your leaders will provide you with regular coaching ensuring you are set up for success!How you will do it?Receive inbound calls and resolve enquires related to property damage Build authentic relationships with customers Accurately record detailed customer interactions and process account informationAccurately manage customer expectations What About You?Passionate about customer service and helping othersConfidence in taking ownership of calls to problem solve and come up with solutionsA high degree of patience and empathy for others in difficult situationsAble to multi-task and manage time effectively without compromising service levelsTeam player, working collaboratively to exceed expectationsHighly flexible and adaptable – welcomes changeA love for learning new thingsMust be available to work a rotating roster between Monday to Friday, between 8:00am to 7:00pmHow do I apply?If you love delivering an outstanding customer experience whilst working in an engaging, vibrant workplace.
