Job Description

This position will be reporting into the Unit Registry Manager and will be part of an established Operations Team.You will be responsible for providing a first class service to stakeholders through the support of the unit registry Operations team in day to day processing tasks.Duties will include: Core Record KeepingInstruction & document managementTransaction processing including, settlements of cash and reconciliationsQuality assurance checking and controls for processingTax and regulatory reporting Reporting for Fund Manager, Investor and DealerInvestor account set and configurationSupport obligations of Anti-Money Laundering, Know your Client and FATCA requirementsClient Support and Query resolution The ideal candidate will have the following experience- Fund servicing experience with a FS organization or custodian Transaction process, quality & assurance control experienceAdministrative processing in Financial Services Unit registry experience is desirable Excellent communication skillsThrives in a team environmentImmediately available This role is a six month contract that is commencing on the 22nd of March.
