Primary Objective: The Vacation program provides paid short-term employment for university students. Employment is during semester breaks. Opportunities are with all NT Government Departments in all Territory regions. Wages start at the Administrative Officer 1 Level ($51,184 p.a.). Positions can range from administrative to fieldwork and allow students to gain skills such as: database maintenance, communications, research, working with legislation and event coordination. Special Instructions: Under the agency’s Special Measures Recruitment Plan eligible Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (Aboriginal) applicants will be granted priority consideration for this vacancy.
