Contribute to and foster the development of a compliance & continuous improvement culture across ANZAn opportunity to join an innovative, collaborative, and high-performing teamA 12 month opportunity in Melbourne CBD About The RoleRole Location: 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008Role Type: 12 Month Fixed Term As the Master Scheduler, you will be accountable for establishing and implementing an effective initiative-wide approach to scheduling and dependency management, ensuring that those scheduling standards are applied consistently across all streams of work. This is in order to build integrated delivery schedules aligning timeframes and dependencies across different Divisions/Functions involved in delivering uplift in the Project workstreams. This includes: Interacting with the delivery teams to define detailed schedule requirementsProviding efficient scheduling, advice and support to the PMO Lead, Working Group Members and Workstream Leads so that they meet their delivery objectivesEnsuring that schedules are planned, baselined and progress is being trackedWork to integrate Divisional and FCP plans per workstream, identifying/understanding task dependencies (internal as well as external)Ensuring critical path and interdependency activities are identified and trackedSetting up tools and process to identify timeframe delivery trends or potential slippages for the attention of the Workstream LeadsIdentifying gaps and opportunities to improve scheduleDevelopment and maintenance of the Accord Master ScheduleDevelop and maintain rolled up presentation level plan on a pages (derived from detailed schedules) that can be used for steering committees and executive audiencesProviding reliable timeframe estimates on key deliverablesAssisting in training delivery teams in the use of MS Project to enhance initiative reporting process. About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Advanced knowledge of planning software (MS Project, Jira and PPM) High level of proficiency in developing and maintaining a detailed WBS and Schedule.Proven experience, with an in-depth understanding, of the delivery life cycle and strategic development of delivery plans, objectives and documentation.Sound interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Experience in Banking projects, preferably in the Risk & Compliance contextCurious and constantly exploring innovations, industry/environmental changes.
