Requisition Title - Change & Communications Manager, Financial CrimeJob Number: - AUS125949Description An opportunity to join an innovative, collaborative, and high-performing team Be a champion of change A 12 month opportunity in Melbourne CBD About The Role Role Location: 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 Role Type: 12 Months, Fixed term As the Change & Communications Manager, you will ultimately be successful when employees change the way they work in a way that drives the results the business is trying to achieve. In this role, you will ultimately be responsible for developing the initiatives, tools, and systems to help drive that change. Your role will be part of a major compliance program delivering uplift across the enterprise, in conjunction with all ANZ Divisions. You will primarily support the change and communication needs of the Financial Crime Portfolio and Program Hub, but may also provide support and coordinate with comparable roles in delivering coordinated change across the enterprise. Your key tasks will include: Applying ANZ Change management methodologies and frameworks Development of detailed stakeholder matrices, communications and engagement plans Conducting Change Impact analysis and develop and implement appropriate plans Communicating and managing stakeholders and their expectations Championing change and build and support a team of “champions of change” Designing and drafting communications content Training and education to impacted staff Driving change in behaviors and organisational culture to achieve delivery goals Developing measures to actively monitor change effectiveness at initiative and business level Developing and implementing a plan to embed the change. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Highly experienced in Change and corporate communication roles, proven track record of stakeholder engagement around change impacts and developments. Able to navigate ambiguous or unclear environments. Good organisational change management experience including other management experience. Relevant Bachelors Degree and Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, CMI) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to be able to draft communications materials and establish strong relationships across the initiative and business Working knowledge of change management activities and techniques. Competent facilitation, interpersonal and team working skills including a good level of influencing ability. Understands project and change management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures. Broad understanding of specific ANZ domain areas impacted by the change Demonstrated management ability, energising staff to engage and support change through partnering and collaborative working with focus on customer and business value and delivering benefits. Role models ANZ values. Preferably, experience in Financial Crime or Risk and Compliance contexts.
