Job Description

In this role, you will manage the global financial forecasting processes (including quarterly forecasts, annual budget and strategic plans) and provide associated reporting & analysis in accordance with the total Accolade Wines requirements. You will act as a Business Partner for various segments/functions of the business and manage relationships as determined by the Finance Director – Global FRPA. You will also be responsible for co-ordination and consolidation of periodic internal and external performance reporting (flash, monthly results, ELT packs, weekly reports, board papers). This is a 12month Fixed Term ContractAbout this role - Your Key Accountabilities In conjunction with the Finance Director, provide guidance and timeframes for the completion of all global planning processes. Critically review financial outputs from all planning processes and provide case study analysis and insights on key initiatives. Ensure all planning tasks are completed and monitor/manage adherence to deadlines. Ensure plans and forecasts are reviewed and signed off by the responsible managers. Manage preparation and consolidation of periodic reporting outputs. Critically review reporting outputs to provide a clear understanding of business performance and levers. Provide commentary and supporting analysis for management reporting and forecasting submissions. Assist in the effective development and deployment of performance reporting. Design templates to capture and report business performance with processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting. Contribute to the development and improvement of planning, forecasting and reporting processes, particularly as they relate to the utilisation of FRPA systems. Contribution to the maintenance and improvement of FPAR MDM & data integrity. Continually improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Manage, carry out or participate in other projects as required.
