Job Description

Townsville Fujitsu is seeking a highly motivated candidate with exceptional customer service skills to provide customer desktop support onsite. In this role you will support infrastructure services across multiple technology streams including, Hardware, Operating Systems Windows 7 through to Windows 10, Software, Networks, Server and Print devices.Core SkillsEntry level technical knowledge of hardware and peripherals i.e. laptops, notebooks, workstations desktop PC's, printers, media and audio visual equipment and mobility;Knowledge of desktop & software applications - Microsoft Office, Antivirus software and systems;Basic working knowledge of basic IT infrastructure and network equipment i.e. routers, switches, servers, virtualisation;Ability to articulate technical information to the targeted audience;Professional customer service skills;Experience and knowledge of the use of an incident management toolsets.Flexibility, Diversity and InclusionFujitsu is committed to equality of opportunity for all.
