Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Position Classification: BI Radiographer Level 3 Grade 3 Remuneration: $120,769 per annum (base salary) Hours Per Week: 35 Requisition ID: REQ218769 Location: Broken Hill NSW 2880 About the Opportunity We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Full Time Sonographer / Radiographer to join the passionate, multidisciplinary team at the Broken Hill Health Service. In the role, you will provide quality sonography services, and some diagnostic radiography to our patients. Working under the Chief Radiographer, you will be supported and empowered to perform all sonographic and radiographic examinations with the highest degree of professionalism, expertise and care. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through participating in a wide range of diagnostic imaging areas. Selection Criteria Registration with the Australasian Sonographer Accreditation Registry and AHPRA as a Medical Radiation Practitioner. Current NSW IA14EPA Radiation Licence. Post Graduate qualifications in ultrasound. Demonstrated highly developed ultrasound and radiography skills, including general, small parts, obstetric, vascular and musculoskeletal ultra sound. Demonstrated involvement in continuing professional development. Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and team building skills. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and under direction of more senior staff. Current Drivers Licence.
