The team supports adults with a range of disabilities to live in the community in a variety of housing options.About the role We have an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic, proactive and passionate Exercise Specialist wanting to join an experienced team of allied health professionals. This role is an opportunity to join the Health and Well Being team in the Western Sydney region in a permanent part time position. In this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing individual and small group exercise fitness programs, tailored to the needs and attainable goals of the individual client to achieve meaningful outcomes.You will bring experience working with people living with disability/ neurological conditions and an ability to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including Accredited Exercise Physiologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech pathologists.
