Sarina Russo Apprenticeships client is located in Moonee Ponds. This is an internationally recognised bakery franchise which is passionate about baking delicious fresh bread daily. A great opportunity has become available for a dynamic person to join their bakery in a full time capacity where you will be fully trained in all aspects of the business. The Business works on a 38 hour week with a rotating roster; there are 2 start times 4am and 6am with 4 days consisting of 7.5 hours and 1 day of 8 hours to make you up to the 38 hour week. Successful candidates will learn all aspects of the trade while completing a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III Retail Baking (Bread). Duties will include shaping/moulding or processing dough into final product, mixing, baking products in the oven, ingredient function and recipe balance. To be considered for this apprenticeship you must have a passion for the baking industry be highly motivated and team orientated with great social skills.
