The Complaints Management Team are looking for a dynamic, flexible, solutions-focused individual to join the team and make some real contributions towards shaping the way Access Canberra engages with its customers, deals with complaints, and communicates with our colleagues, stakeholders and the community. The role has multiple priorities varying from supervision of staff in a fast-paced environment, providing guidance and advice on complex complaints and the management of everyday operations of the team.
