You will be part of an exciting new concept and enjoy the benefits of working with a fun and vibrant team. Brand new opening of this restaurant will allow you to showcase your expertise.About the role:As Restaurant Manager you will: Lead and manage your team to maintain a high level of customer serviceOversee all front of house operationsOrganise staff rostersReview and plan staffing levelsStaff recruitment, training and developmentMeet restaurant financial objectives through budgeting and and wagesFollow cost control procedures As Chef you will: Control and direct the food preparation processManage back of house operationsOversee and manage the kitchen inline with company standardsCo ordinate staff recruitment, training and developmentCreate and maintain policies and proceduresInspire and energise your team to be the best they can beEnsure food safety compliance and best practice standards is adhered to About you:You will be highly enthusiastic and ready to be part of an exciting new concept. You will be open to professional development and career growth and have a passion for developing your team.
