The Role:As chef de partie you will be running a section of the kitchen with a menu that specialises in producing premium cuts of meat and Sydney's freshest seafood. Supervising a team of commis and demi chefs you will need to demonstrate great organisational and leadership skills. You will be supporting the Head and Sous chefs in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes. To be considered for this job you will need: Ability to lead a teamStaff training and supervisory experiencePrevious experience working as either a CDP or Commis chef within a busy and fast-paced restaurantAssertivenessAttention to detail and organisational skillsAble to work to deadlinesGood knowledge of meat and seafood preparationExcellent food hygiene and safety practices On Offer: Attractive salary package and great opportunities for job training and career progression
