Supervisor Pharmacist Salary: HSO Level P3 $127,423 - $131,840 p.a. Position Profile: The Supervisor Pharmacist supervises and directs the day to day pharmaceutical production services (including aseptic and cytotoxic dispensing, non-sterile compounding and repackaging of medications) to provide an effective and efficient pharmaceutical service to patients. Oversees procurement, drug storage and distribution, prescription dispensing, controlled drug management, and correct use of the pharmacy automation devices used within the area. Ensures that all activities are conducted according to the highest possible principles and ethics of the Profession and requirements of the Law.Area Profile:Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine.
