About the role As a key member of the Talent team the Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for end to end recruitment activities for Permanent and Fixed Term Contract roles with a primary focus on Finance and IT. This role will establish key relationships within the business to tailor appropriate proactive recruitment strategies to attract and engage high calibre candidates. The principal tasks of the role include, but are not limited to Working closely with the People & Performance team and the broader business in terms of building and maintaining talent intelligence Effective management of recruitment tools to run direct sourcing campaigns Maintaining accurate recruitment data within SuccessFactors (HRIS) and reporting of data Support recruitment diversity initiatives eg. Women in property, Indigenous recruitment etc HRIS Recruitment module SME – management of system, resolving issues and testing. Manage and build talent pools for business critical roles Management of the graduate programmes Preferred supplier agency management – bi-annual reviews and reporting.  Vendor partnership management What makes you stand out? Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, preferably in-house Experience recruiting finance, IT and other corporate support function roles. Previous experience within property or construction industries is desirable however not essential Proven ability to think laterally and explore multiple avenues at any one time for sourcing quality candidates Proficient use of recruitment databases and LinkedIn Recruiter is essential Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs Strong relationship management and influencing skills An excellent ability to multi-task and exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills What makes us stand out?
