Due to this growth they are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated & personable administrator to join their Boronia based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with all administration tasks relating to the day to day office functions of this waste management business. Your responsibilities will include: Handling phone & email customer enquiries Assist with the coordination of daily run lists for drivers Monitor real-time movements of drivers, fatigue management & incident reportingGeneral office duties as requiredThe successful candidate will demonstrate: Strong computer literacyHigh level communication skills both written & verbalProactive approach to administrative functionsStrong communication & rapport building skillThe successful candidate will be available to commence immediately & work between the hours of 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
