Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced and customer focused Administration Officers across the following Kimberley locations:2 x Broome1 x Derby2 x Kununurra (1 of which will be required to travel to Halls Creek, Warmun & Kalumburu)1 x Fitzroy Crossing These temporary positions are for approximately 6 months. Part-time and full-time hours are available with the view to start immediately.Short SummaryAs the Administration Officer, you will provide daily administration and reception services, including greeting of patients, electronic data entry and administration support to our client’s business unit. Key Responsibilities The Administration Officer will primarily be responsible for:Providing comprehensive administrative and clinical systems support including data processing and retrieval for the staff of the business unit.Maintaining and managing a centralised filing system including, contact lists, forms, and electronic records.Undertaking receptionist duties, greeting of patients, operates switchboard and is responsible for triaging calls to all staff and taking and forwarding on messages.Generating written communications and forwarding on as required.About youTo be successful in this role you will have previous administration experience along with outstanding customer service, organisational and time management skills.You will be required to have proven clerical skills, Sound computer literacy skills with intermediate skills in Outlook and MS Word, and accurate data entry abilities. Essential:Experience in providing reception services and administrative support.Sound interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.Ability to show initiative, exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.Sound computer skills, specifically in the use of MS Office and databases.Current police clearance or the ability to obtain one.High standards of honesty, integrity, reliability and professionalism.Experience in working in a cross-cultural environment (Desirable)..If you think you have the right qualities for this role, and wish to forward your confidential application, please click ‘Apply’
