Job Description - Head of HR, Legal, Secretariat and Consumer Business Controls, Monitoring & Remediation (BCM&R) (SYD72831) Head of HR, Legal, Secretariat and Consumer Business Controls, Monitoring & Remediation (BCM&R) - SYD72831 How will I help? Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, the Head of HR, Legal, Secretariat and Consumer BCM&R is a key leadership position which forges strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and their direct reports. In building and shaping the people strategy to support the overall strategy for the Legal, Secretariat and BCM&R business units, you will lead significant shifts in culture and how we engage with our employees. You will be focused on developing talent and workforce designs to meet current and future business needs, whilst demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset through continued reflection on HR processes, policies and practices. Partnering with our Agile HR team, you will provide leadership and coaching to team members, as well as HR Shared Services and Centres of Excellence, and in doing so deliver strategic HR initiatives and outcomes. Senior HR generalist background, preferably in Banking/Financial Services, Legal or Professional Services industry Have previously held Head of HR roles or similar positions Transformation and change experience in large, complex organisations Experience working in an agile and lean work environment Outstanding relationship management skills and proven experience consulting to senior stakeholders Strong business and commercial acumen Analytical with strong attention to detail Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and constructive challenge What is it like to work there?
