Job Description The Opportunity:We are seeking a passionate, highly motivated and sales-driven Sales Consultant (know internall as aHYPOXI Coach) to join our team at Fitness First Willoughby. Your role is to sell HYPOXI memberships and help our clients gain the skills and knowledge they need to achieve their weight loss goals. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming new clients, providing education about HYPOXI, and setting individual programs based on clients weight-loss goals Customer sales including achieving daily and monthly sales budgets and KPIs Lead generation activities including outreach for the purpose of selling HYPOXI memberships and creating brand awareness Building and maintaining relationships with clients during their weight loss journey Tracking client's progress and inspiring clients toward their weight loss goals Achieving retail targets by identifying member needs and recommending appropriate fitness products. To be successful in this role you will need:Essential To be passionate about helping people to improve their health and achieve their weight-loss goals Previous sales experience and a drive to achieve sales targets Strong motivation to achieve sales budgets and KPIs.
