Orrcon Steel is a manufacturer of steel tube and pipe and leading Australian steel distributor with nationally recognised brands. You will join an experienced and supportive team, and will have the unique opportunity of expanding your Customer Service skills and passion for sales within the Steel Industry.
What Will You Do?
As a Customer Service Officer, you will ensure that daily interaction with branch customers is of a high standard, as well as maintaining and enhancing relationships with internal and external customers and creating sales opportunities through enthusiastic and proactive selling.
More About You
You will be a customer service professional with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop. You will have demonstrated customer service experience in a busy environment. Your articulate phone communication skills and sound computer skills, with your ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously will see you succeed in this role.
You will possess excellent negotiation skills, as well as a strong ability to build positive internal and external working relationships.
A true team player, your passion for customer service together with your high attention to detail, self-motivation and drive will ensure your continued success.
