With 1 year’s experience in a commercial / transactional area of law, coupled with a love of contracts, join our inhouse legal team, supporting the business while developing your skills for the future!

What will your typical day look like?

Your typical day will be spent supporting a senior lawyer with extensive contract review and drafting, giving you the opportunity to really get involved!

These contracts will relate to a wide portfolio of technology deals – including the delivery of technology products and services, system implementation and integration, website and app development, managed services and cyber security engagements across the breadth of Deloitte.

In addition to your contract drafting and review, you will also be involved in tender responses, writing compliance tables and responding to ad hoc queries from the business.

As you develop your skills and relationships in the firm, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility, backing up the senior lawyer responsible for managing large deals.

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage your time across a high-volume of matters, across the firm.
