What’s the opportunity?
As the Enablement Specialist at Vocus, you’ll drive process improvements in the customer, employee and sales team experience by building capability, improving processes and delivering sustainable change. We have a team of Enablement Specialists at Vocus who align with a specific sales area such as Sales, Solution Consultants Customer Success, Channel or Corporate.

What you’ll be doing in the role:
Drive a dedicated program of work to uplift capability in your targeted area.
Lead process improvement programs.
Acts a business SME into key programs including Salesforce Transformation
Drive a community of interest engagement program creating connection across functional roles that are geographically dispersed.
Change champion of key changes into targeted area and ensuring changes are embedded successfully.
Provide recommendations for improved ways of working and develop programs of work to uplift improved ways of working.
Deliver or coordinate training interventions to uplift skills across process, technology and product change.
You will be allocated a target group of either Sales, Solution Consultants, Corporate, Partner or Customer Success.
What you’ll need to be successful?
Outstanding Stakeholder Management skills and ability to influence outcomes across organisations.
Strong business and process knowledge.
Deep execution capability – ability to get things done.
High attention to detail and appreciation of broader business context and direction.
A passion for driving change and improving employee and customer experiences.
A passion for improving things at a root cause level, not just driving tactical solutions.
Experience in large scale change and/or business transformation programs
Desirable Capabilities and Competencies:
Learning and development background
Process Accreditation
Business or related degree
Training Certification
