EA superstars looking for a flexible, welcoming and fast paced People and
Culture team this is the role you have been waiting for. We are looking for
someone to support our Head of People and Culture in a part time capacity.

What you will be doing day to day

As a hands on, sleeves up type of EA, you won’t be afraid of a rapidly changing
environment and you’ll genuinely love getting the job done for your customers
and team mates. You’ll be the difference between Vocus and our competitors
and in this role you will:

Provide full executive administration support to the Head of People and Culture, managing diary appointments, scheduling and arranging meetings and email management.
Expense management for the Head of People and Culture.
Provide varied administration support to the greater P&C team and work on exciting projects, build presentations, executive reports and board packs.
Coordinating meetings with direct reports and P&C team.
Drafting, preparing and coordinating communication, including correspondence, reports and presentations and monitoring correspondence to ensure a prompt and accurate response.

This is an exciting and varied role and we are keen see where your impeccable
EA skills can take this opportunity.

What we need from you:

Being awesome is a given, and so is getting stuck in and owning what you do.
We’re also looking for:

Past experience working at an executive level in a corporate environment.
Prior working experience within a P&C team would be ideal.
Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated.
Expert level of skills in both PowerPoint and Excel.
Fabulous organisations skills.
Resilient and proactive.
Highly ethical and able to operate with the highest levels of discretion at all times

We now have more than 30,000 km of fibre optic cable laid and operational
throughout Australia, 5000 on-net buildings connected to our network.
