Customer Success Technician
Summary
As a Customer Support Technician you will be responsible for providing a full range of technical support and other activities to Aristocrat customers. You will also be installing gaming systems and providing ongoing support for our propriety systems products and internal IT function.
What you'll do
• Install and provide support for Aristocrat Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Build and install software on machines
• Manage Client calls utilising our Call Management System
• Update call tickets with necessary information and escalate when appropriate to our Senior Engineers
• Liaise with customers to ensure visits are timely and impactful
• Ensure a professional image when in the presence of Customers and that their requirements are met in a timely manner
• Liaise and work with internal resources to deliver client requirements i.e. Service Technicians
• Participate in and support the overall VMS strategy.
What we're looking for
• 2+ years’ experience doing this functionality
• Combination of software and hardware experience advantageous
• Experience building operating system workstations and servers
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CMS tool
• Project Management experience advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated organisational skills and an ability to work unsupervised
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates basic computer skills.
