Home Support Services (HSS) has been providing in-home healthcare services since 1989. We are committed to providing innovative programs which enable individuals to receive the care they need in the comfort of their own homes.
Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively with referrers, healthcare professionals and clients to facilitate seamless service delivery across all HSS programs.
HSS was the first community nursing service in Australia to be awarded National Standards Accreditation with Quality Innovation Performance Limited (QIP). As HSS is aiming to become the largest virtual hospital in Australia, being part of the HSS team you will thrive in a fast paced, results driven and ever-changing environment.
Home Support Services (HSS) are expanding our national team of Casual Registered Nurses in Queensland. With the flexibility to plan your own rounds, you will work autonomously with the constant support of an expert clinical team.
• Hands on clinical support to clients in their own home
• Holistic care including comprehensive clinical assessments
• Delivery of a range of clinical service including complex wound care, IV Antibiotic Therapy and Palliative care
What will set you apart from the rest?
• Current unrestricted AHPRA Registration Divisional 1 Registered nurse
• 2 years of recent acute nursing experience
• Wound Care Management
• PICC Care/Dressing/Removal
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Current Drivers' Licence
• Have ongoing, set availability
• Able to commit to 23 hours per week.
