Nestlé Purina PetCare seeking an experienced health professional who can provide advice on medical issues, assess workplace health risks, coordinate health programmes and assist in planning for potential emergencies.
As our Occupational Health Coordinator, you will be responsible for enabling high quality health services and facilitating our wellbeing programmes.
A day in the life of...
You will be working as part of our Safety, Health and Environment team at our Manufacturing site in Blayney.
In this role you will coordinate the site’s Injury Management Program, implement Health and Wellbeing initiatives, administer Workers Compensation Claims, and perform health assessments.
What will make you successful
Hold a qualification in an occupational health related discipline (such as Registered Nurse)
Experience in employee rehabilitation, claims management and return-to-work coordination
Understanding of occupational health management
Demonstrated ability to liaise and consult with employees and healthcare professionals
Ability to develop and implement health, safety and wellbeing initiatives
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Understanding of ergonomics and physical assessments
Proven capacity to deliver training programs
A sound understanding of basic computer skills. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Current Drivers licence
