Position Snapshot

Our Nestle Professional Team has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and innovative sales professional with drive to take ownership of one of our Beverage Solutions Channel. This position incorporates all aspects of Account Management encompassing the development and execution of the Business Development Plan, and the strategic investment of trade spend. This role represents our Beverage Solutions range of products and equipment solutions. You will work across a number of priority channels such as Pub & Clubs, Hotels, Cafe’s, Healthcare and Workplace. You will have responsibility for a portfolio of established key customers as well as being tasked with developing and winning new key accounts.

Position Summary
Reporting in to the National Beverage Solutions Sales Manager, this is a position with a strong existing customer base which will give you the room to build your own effective relationships as well as working as part of the Nestle Professional team. Your ability to get up to speed quickly will seal your success, as you forge mutually beneficial relationships and deliver sales to ensure the business meets its targets and long term growth.

Joining a passionate and dynamic team you will make a key contribution to the success of the Beverage Solutions channel with the successful management of your customer portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing a clear strategy and business plan to deliver on account objectives
Maximising the distribution of the Nestle Professional range and delivering Soluble, Roast & Ground coffees and leading product brands such as Nescafe, Buondi and Milo.
Managing the execution, communication and review of promotional strategies utilising key initiatives to maximise the visibility of the product portfolio
Managing communication to relevant internal and external stakeholders who assist in the achievement of account objectives including new lines, trade standards and core ranging objectives
Conducting analysis of regular pricing reviews & providing recommendations

A day in the life of...

To join us, you will have tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce and or marketing with a proven track record within the Foodservice Industry delivering Sales and developing new business. Knowledge or experience with equipment based beverage solutions would be an advantage but not mandatory for the right candidate. A passion and knowledge for all aspects coffee would be a distinct advantage. You will be solutions focussed and have the courage and creativity to push the boundaries to achieve desired outcomes for the business and the customer.
