A Coffee/Inventory Specialist with Nespresso is about taking ownership of stock and inventory management in a fast paced retail environment. In addition to this, you will share your passion for the Nespresso brand with our customers and club members whilst working on the Boutique floor.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Coffee & Inventory Specialist within our Castle Hill, Nespresso Boutique.
You will be well rewarded working with a friendly team in a professional, flexible and high performing environment. In addition to this, you will receive ongoing training to help you develop your skills and give you the potential to build your career with Nestle.
The successufl candidate will be required to work 38 hours per week on a set roster.
As a Coffee/Inventory Specialist with Nespresso…
In this role you will be an integral part of the Boutique leadership team, ensuring that the stock room and Boutique floor are maintained at optimum levels at all times. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating & managing weekly stock deliveries and requisitions
Conducting regular stock takes, investigating discrepancies and balancing the stock levels
Promote and develop actions to streamline stock management processes
Ensuring that all areas of the Boutique are in accordance with our Health & Safety guidelines
Working on the Boutique floor, assisting customers with their enquiries and delivering 5 star customer service
As our new Coffee/Inventory Specialist…
You will have a strong background in customer service and stock/inventory management (hospitality and retail backgrounds highly regarded) and a true desire and passion for customer service and delighting customers. Experience with computerised stock management systems and exposure to a fast paced environment within a customer facing role is ideal.
