We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Business Analyst to immediately join our Change Team, based in Sydney or Auckland CBD.

In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of a wide range of business analysis tasks that support the implementation of complex projects.
This is a 12 month fixed term role with the successful candidate to start within the next month.

What you need to have:
5 years+ dedicated Business Analysis experience
Insurance and Claims domain knowledge.
Proven experience delivering outcomes in the areas of business transformation, data, and robotics.
Knowledge and the application of methodologies, tools and techniques to deliver process, people and technology change
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to complete requirements gathering & testing
Experience in the implementation of change management activities related to people, process and system enhancements
Experience in the building of implementation artefacts such as policies, procedures, system user documentation, communication and training material
Excellent stakeholder relationship and communication skills (written and verbal )
Strong documentation, presentation, and negotiation skills
