About the Role

Responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing plans that addresses barriers to return to work and assists the injured worker with a safe and durable return to work with either the pre-injury employer or a new employer
Providing a high level of customer service to build and maintain relationships with which achieve positive outcomes and maximize business opportunities
Working in a collaborative and often multi-disciplinary environment to achieve great health outcomes for both compensable and non-compensable illness and injuries
Delivering Employee Assistance Program Services
Onsite mental health training and Health Coaching for our customers
Prevention services
About You
You will have proven experience in Workplace Rehabilitation. You will need to be an AHRPA registered Psychologist/Provisional Psychologist or Rehab Counsellor. You thrive on having an excellent ability to provide great customer service, negotiate and work with a high performing team.
